Unable to connect to server

Recently trying to enter my modded server, it keeps disconnecting me, I'm not even able to at least enter the world. About a week ago, it was all working fine and I haven't changed anything in the client mods folder.

I have made research and most of the post talking about this say that it's because there are differences between the client and server side mods, but I've checked it and all seems good to me.

Tnx, but I installed both appleskin and changed the REI version, but still get the "lost connection: Disconnected" message when trying to enter the server.
