Can I add mods and plugins? Help please?

Is it possible to add plugins like bukkit 1.10.2 plugins with 1.10.2 Mods?
I tried to add 1.10.2 bukkit plugins with my 1.10.2 mod but It changed it with just the plugins help please

There is currently no possibility to combine mods an plugins.
The reason for that is that
a) there is currently no stable server software which allows this.
b) we only add mods / modpacks as they get distributed by the autor. So we won't change the server software etc.

Can I add mods and plugins? Help please?
