Are you trying to use all world gen mods? Did you regenerate your world after adding those mods? Also gn

If you generated the world after adding the mods then try removing bettermineshafts

The log doesn't show which mod caused the issue so try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue. Once you identify which mod has caused the issue, only remove that mod and add all the other mods back
