Can't start my server due to the queue not working properly

Ok, so I have this server, has like 12 mods or so, and it won't start, when it's time for me to press the 'Confirm now' button, it just doesn't work, I click it over 10 times each time, and I've been trying this like 10 times. Does anyone knows if this is a local error? if so, has anybody solved it? share your experiences
