Help me with server

Hello i cant connect to my server because it says incompatible FML modded server Server network message list is not compatible i dont know how to fix this issue if you say its that the mods im using arent the same version your wrong they all im pemium too so i dont have any issues im white listed and have no plugins on the mods are all forge too and i have the right forge for 1.18.2 please get back to me as soon as possible thanks

should i paste the entire thing from %appdata% ? if so its too long to do so should i just copy and paste it from aternos
