You can try to restore a backup at the My Server page. Alternatively you can upload a save from your world you hopefully have downloaded before. It is important to regularly download and save your world to your own computer to prevent such losses.

It's nothing I had all configured plugins according to my style, and now everything is lost and you still say, I took a backup take to Strike in the empty head Aternos ;v
