Internet or router making you fall into limbo

    Hello.
    I have an internet provider at my house and my friend has another one at his house. Today he came to my house and we played, each on their own computer, but with another friend of ours on Discord (that's why we were using the Aternos server). :thumbup:

    We went to his house (10 minutes by car from here) and there, when connecting to the server, we were falling forever, without disconnecting, just falling. :cursing:

    It is noticed that the problem in this case is his internet provider or even some router configuration, but even returning to factory settings the error remains. ;(
    Do you have any knowledge of what could be happening?

    Note: We live in southern Brazil. My internet is from Vivo provider and his from Oi provider, both with 200mbps connection.
