I don't know why but yesterday and today i can't play in to my server because when i wait i finish to wait the queue, server say "starting.." but at ne end it say "Stopping.." and then i restart my server and waiting anoher queue for the same result. Can you help me? 
P.S. sorry for my bad english
if your server is waiting, you need when about 2 minutes have also check the second field as verivication!
P.S. my english is also bad, im from the netherlands LOL
Please post the log.
Download and save your world to your computer if it is important and reinstall your server to make it work again.
Did you reinstall your server completely before?
Maybe it works when overall network usage is lower and your server gets more RAM assigned.
