I created the server and I did everything. But then there was none when I entered. Is used when I write my old server name.

What is the problem exactly? Did your world disappear? You can try to restore a backup at the My Server page or upload an old save of your world you hopefully have downloaded before. It is important to regularly download and save your world to prevent losses.

And there's really a lot of waiting time.
The waiting time depends on the demand of servers. The more people want to start their server at the same the longer the queue is. We can't influence the waiting time but we give our best to keep the waiting time as low as possible.

The waiting time is 84 minutes. Seriously?! Ok I get it, its a free service which is awesome, but when it takes over an hour, i think that is a little excessive.

Depends on how many people want to start their servers at that time. At 3:00PM, which is when most kids get home from school, the queue time was once 176 minutes for me. So I would say avoid starting your server from 2:30PM-5:00PM. After 5 the queue is like 30 seconds.
