So I started up my aternos server, ready to play with my friends. When they join, however, it just makes them float in the void and they can't actually play.
On top of that, they also got a message after a couple of minutes saying something like this:
Help would be appreciated, the server is on fabric 1.18.2 (0.14.6) and the version of fabric they have is the same as the servers as well as the mods they have, so that is most likely not the problem.
Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here
Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

I just got them to reinstall minecraft and all the mods they had, and that worked so ig that was the problem
