My server dont start

I was waiting 2 hours for server and nothing happen. I was waiting for end of quee, when the time is up nothing happen and i have to click "start" again i have to wait 100 minutes again. Anyone can help me? Sorry for language mistakes i am not very good in English.

At the end of the queue, when the left box turns green you have to click on the right box to confirm your start.
When both boxes are green your server will be starten within the next moments
