Error when trying to launch a server. Gives out io.netty error.

Hello, trying to launch my server after loading some plugins on the server. I've gotten this error: and then i've deleted these plugins, then this error still appears. I'm really annoyed with this error, trying to solve it for like a hour. Logs: https://mclo.gs/KrvHik8

Yes, i use tlauncher, but pirated is turned on in the server settings.

yeah, me and my friend tried both the normal and dynamic ip, none of them worked

i've even tried reinstalling the server and loading the world reserve copy, still nothing changed

Nice, it worked! Someone "recommended" me a plugin (nametagedit, do not use it if you don't want the same issue i've got) that was supposed to "add prefixes". A lesson to not trust strangers.
