I bought a host service for minecraft and I want to know if I can download the server folder. I have a lot of things in my server and I can't copy all of them, also I have multiples worlds and it's imposible to download it, it just download the first world. If I can get only the other worlds would be nice.

You can't download the server folder, but you can try other things:
1. Download your "world" folder. Use multiverse to replace "world" with an other world and use the aternos site again to download the new "world" folder. Do it for all your worlds
2.(more easier)
Download and install Minecraft World Downloader Mod and download your worlds. Note: only things in loaded chunks are saved, open all inventories (chests, villagers....) you want to be saved and run /seed at least one time. -
You can use the command /mv clone
For example, you can try to run /mv clone yournewworld world
-> world should be replaced with yournewworld
It's just theoretically. I did not try it myself
