Thanks, I'm already using ⚡Ultimate Antibot⚡ - Blocks 20k + bots/sec - ⭐ Bungeecord & Spigot ⭐ - 500+ Servers | SpigotMC - High Performance Minecraft though, and the attacks manages to crash the server anyway.

My server keeps crashing. It is an SMP, it crashes with around 2-3 players on. It doesn't have that many plugins I'd say like 10-20. The error is always the same -

1. java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace

Got any ideas?

I think that aternos staff are very critical to talk to. They'll be critiques in everything you say. If you say day they'll somehow make it night. And then use "rules" as their base of evidence (which makes sense). But they totally do not attempt to have a meaningful understanding interaction whatsoever.

But these are just my thoughts, do you agree?

My server keeps getting bot attacks after I advertise in their #servers channel in discord. Few minutes ago from now, my server crashed of a bot attack. I advertised in #servers, around 2 unfamiliar people joined. And the next thing my antibot plugin spammed in console is something like this:

Dude I thought Aternos has Anti-DDOS? Okay if not how do I prevent these attacks in the future?

I advertised and the server was offline then it said the server must be online. Then I started the server and then I advertised now it says you must wait. Bruh I'm waiting another hour for nothing. Went to support pinged a mod got a strike. Then I accidentally advertised in offtopic boom got another strike. GG.

Is lagassist still on aternos ?

I am so confused about which anticheat to use among so many.

I am looking for an anticheat that won't detect normal activities of the players too often. My server is on 1.15.2 and the current anticheat is Anti Cheat Reloaded. It detects quite natural activities of players and it kicks them out for basically no reason.

Hoping for a useful reply.

How is that done ?

And what does it do ?

Is the error like "Failed to connect to the server, connection timed out" ?

If yes, then one of my players also got that error all of a sudden for an entire day.

in my paper 1.15.2 server, there are just way too many mobs in the Survival world. I tried the killall mobs command of essentials, but they spawn in less than a second. And just like that, the normal players get it very difficult to survive outside. The difficulty is set to easy and I assured it.

There are like 10-30 mobs in the loaded chunks around the player. Harder than pvp. Is there any way to control this ?

I am current banned from Aternos discord permanently. I believe the ban was unfair. But anyways, I would like to form a ban appeal. I am devoid of their support, and as such, it is not easy to take support from forums. A ban appeal would be great, also, I can assure you that I won't chat much in the discord.

After reading the subject, most people will say that Aternos is for friends and family only, we are not for you if you are thinking to build large server networks. And a short reply to that, most people are trying to make server networks on Aternos even though people may overlook that.

Anyways, I was wondering if servers that run like 10-30 players will ever get more RAM or not?
