Constant high network latency for all players

Hello, i started having a lot of ping when playing on a server i have with friends. Days ago it was just fine. not above 160ms of latency.

But recently the latency for all players (we all live in the same regional area) are having constant above 350ms with spikes of over 1000ms of latency.

I readed on old posts that servers are in Europe and we live in NA, i don't know if europe exclusive is still a thing but it doesn't even makes sense if that. Is there or was servers near NA?, id so did for some reason then server changed regions?

I does not makes sense. CPU is usually between 20% and 32% of usage and TPS normally go 20TPS and the lows are 16TPS when they happen.
So it seems it's not a server performance issue, nor client side issue. It is a server side network issue.

Nobody uses VPN's and we all are getting the same exact problem. We are about 5-7 people myself included.

If i start a server on my own i get between 180ms to 240ms (short test).

So i don't know what it could be, we don't know. Any help?

I'm just messing around and started getting above 300ms of latency. this server instance is pretty much vanilla. it only has installed Fabric + TPSThingy + Lithium + FabricAPI
