Internal exception error (I can't find solved)

So, a friend invited me to join her aternos server (I have never used aternos before) but I can't get in. It appears an error when I try to, Internal Exception. Specifically, Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBouondsException:readerIndex(32) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(32): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 32, widx: 32, cap: 32). I looked for a solution in the internet but I saw only one person had had this problem, and nobody had answered him(?). PD: I'm using 1.19.1
