I banned my friend .. Today I decided to unban him .. I do /unban simyolo223 and his tells me that I have unban him.. But when he reconnects, Sa tells him that ' It is always ban !! I tried /pardon, /unban, /pardonip, /unbanip .. its don't work .. Help me please 
I can't unban my friend !

I've removed your friend from the banlist manually. Please try it again.

Normally /unban or /pardon should do that, i assume that this is a bug of Essentials X.
I removed him manually from the file on the host machine.

I have the same problem! Whenever I try to do /unban PuppetFs, /pardon PuppetFs, /pardonip and /unbanip!

You could try going into your console on the Aternos site and typing in /unban (Your Name Here)

What is your Aternos username?

Your friend baned you on server ?
Because if you use a plugin example : AdvancedBan you ned to put in console /unban <your_name> !
If you don't have a plugin to security management you need to type in console /pardon <your_name> !
