On aternos.me you can put the mohist kernel together with bukkit and spigot.
However, spigot.yml is simply not in the files. There used to be a file.
And I can even prove that there really is a spigot.
The spigot.yml file has a limit on hp, damage, and so on.
I downloaded a mod for a level, each level gives + hp + damage (Simple RPG), but after getting 2048 hp you can't get more and there is such a restriction only in spigot.
By the way, if you just install the bukkit/spigot kernel, the spigot.yml file exists
