Connection Timed Out

When I try to join my friend's aternos server, for some reason it does not connect and ends up as Connection timed out. I can join other aternos servers just fine but only this server doesn't work. The mods installed are only mods that allow bedrock and java servers to play together and im on a vanilla client when I tried to join.

I tried to use the DynIP but it was connecting to the server for a few minutes then still Connection timed out for some reason.
