cant join server

okay, so, this is the turn of events that happened, my friend was chillin on the server, he made a dye generator using the mod Ultimate SkyBlock Resource Generator-1.18.1-1.0.jar, he put some speedy hoppers underneath them from the mod speedyhoppers-1.18.2-1.jar, and SOMEHOW this caused a chunk crasher? at first there was an error with tick speed on the hoppers, i used the solve button, after that server no longer crashed, but now we couldnt get into the server, i tryed downloading the world and getting rid of the machine/blocks manually and re-uploading the word, but im still stuck on it encrypting and not letting us into the server

does not work when i delete my playerfile, new and old, here is a server log, I DO NOT HAVE A BACKUP OF ANY KIND SADLY, i will manually delete an entire chunk in a world editor if i have to,

not going to do that, does anyone know whats causing this to begin with? if i have to, i will manually download the world and fix it myself, im just wondering if anyone here could narrow it down?
