Datapacks Works for me but not my friend

Hi, me and my friend have been playing the aternos server for one month with optifine 1.19.2. Everything was fine but when we switched to 1.19. Everything worked fine but when we switched to 1.18 to play other servers, when we got back on our server in 1.19 some datapacks didnt work for my friend but all of them works for me. For example the Timber datapack cut tree for me but not my friend. Even if they enable the datapack with a command themself it doesnt works.

The only thing i did was to switch from vanilla 1.19.2 to forge 1.19.2 my server. I tried everything, i play on Tlauncher and she play on the real minecraft so she tried downloading the forge 1.19 version to play and it didnt work, she downloaded Tlauncher and played on it , doesnt work, i deleted the 20 datapacks to re download them and configure again , none work for her. We tried everything. I cannot switch my world back to vanilla since the only save i have of it is with forge version on my google drive.

never mind it was one datapack that had a command to mess up everything, really sorry?
