Looks like your server is overloaded and runs out of RAM.
Too many worlds or too many plugins can cause. Can also be related to a single bugged plugin.

Remove plugins one-by-one. Each time you remove one restart the server and see if the issue persists.

Hey, In The Spigot.yml is a Value called Timeout-time, set this to 60 (Leave a space after the ":")
