I cannot start my server

I haven't been able to start my server in a week when I was kicked off it with a friend. It keeps saying that the serverfile is unavailable.
But yesterday we managed to get on for a minute until it said there was no players online and closed itself when all the slots were filled, since then I've been unable to start the server again.
Please help.

We've got this message for a week, since we were kicked off. We've tried and tried again later and later.
How long would you estimate this to last for?

Hi, so yesterday I managed to start it the estimated hour later but I wasn't able to stay on due to being busy.
I have just started it again today on the third try after the first two saying "Loading..." then going straight back to saying "Offline".
On the third go me and my friend managed to start the server and log in.
It then started to have the countdown to close the server even though the slots were 2/2 (so full), I disconnected and relogged back on and we were then both online on a seperate server until it then just shut down altogether.
I have now just tried to start the server again and it's giving me the serverfile error again.
