I can't use all my plogins

I installed some plugins that I found in a video but not all of the plugins are activated. Do I have to click something to activate them or something? PLS respond as quick as possible so I can make my server better.

Check the console for further information.
Maybe the plugins crash on startup or require any dependencies. If so, you can see this in the console.
