I Have a word: WOW 
Just my server is nonplayable with this bugs: 0 FPS.
Can't play on. 
What is the preoblem? My server is a Bukkit 1.11.2. 
My Server is very (x999) slow.

Download your world and try to open it in single player. What command exactly did you execute?
