Nether Portal Not Letting Me Go Through

hi there,

I've been trying to use the nether portal in my minecraft bedrock edition server but it seems it does not letting me go through it. I've tried various methods, such as, building different sizes portal or building somewhere else after re-login. But nothing is working.
