Old nether connected with new overworld :(

    So after the release of 1.12 update i uploaded an new map to my server and its been 3 -5 days since i have been playing on the server the new map's nether was also new but today the nether of the oldmap is in my new map :/
    Dont know if i have explained it correctly...
    LOOK
    i uploaded a new map it has a new overworld new nether from 3 -5 days i have been playing on it but today when i went to nether the nether of the old map was in it...
    I AM CONFUSED :(
    HELP ME!
