I share my server with 3 people and someone of them changed the password and the email address (this is what I think). How can I change my password?
However, I have a backup of the world, but I made it about 10 days ago!

If you talk about the Aternos account listed in your board profile, then no one changed the password nor the mail address.
Anyway if you want to create a new password then just use the forgot password function. -
let the aternos team log in to your account

Check your email again the spams messages or box.

As @Roman already said, neither the email address nor the password of the account lordman04 had been changed. If you forgot your password you can use the Forgot password function to request a new password that is sent to your email address. Make sure to check the correct email address you registered with and don't forget to check the spam inbox too.
