Two months ago I made a new account on aternos.org/server and I set username and password. Yesterday I went to aternos.org/server and I wrote the correct username and the correct password but aternos told me that the password was wrong, so I sent an email to the relative address, but the email didn't arrive: the email address was changed, too.
THE USERNAME, THE PASSWORD AND THE EMAIL ADDRESS WERE RIGHT.
I'M TALKING ABOUT THE OFFICIAL ATERNOS WEBSITE (aternos.org/server)

if you dont know your password, make sure to click the option "Forgot Password" and make sure you put the Correct Email! if it dosent work just send the email 3-5 times and it will work!
