about 2 weeks ago I created my aternos server.
I whitelisted a few people on it, all the people who tried to join were on the whitelist and even OP. Strangely, only 2 of the 3 friends who tried to enter my server actually could. 2 of my friends are able to join with the simple add server and the other can't enter with the direct connect IP but not with the normal IP either, I've done spelling checks about 5 times but for her it keeps saying "unknown host" she says her internet is working fine and that she wrote the IP correctly. what could the problem be and how can I solve this?
