- i dont know y but i cant access PermissionEX config file as to use it by ops we need to change setting

1st. You can access to the Pex config file! if you cant then the aternos team will check!

Try to delete that and reintall the plugin again dont forget to rmove the folder

You have to start your server once after installing the plugin, then the configuration files will be generated.
If this does not work check your console for any error messages
