Modded Server can't launch

Hello everyone!
I tried to run a modded server with a personal modded pack but unfortunately the server doesn't turn on, as it fails to load the world; I tried opening the world offline and it works, so it's not a matter of corrupted files; anyway by looking at the console while loading the server i saw this:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace

It means that the allocated RAM for the server is insufficient or there's something else I should be looking for?
