friend cant join, but nothing seems to be wrong

    okay. so my friend cant join the server. modlist is correct, we aren't using any cracked launchers, shes coming from the offical mc launcher, she is whitelisted and the whitelist is enforced. I can join just fine. shes spamming the join button and keeps getting: Disconnected failed to connect to server, Internal exceptionjava.IOEx, failed to log in: null. also everytime it starts to close she can log in. please help. also this has been going on for days so i think restarting it is out of the question. we have restarted the server as well.

    Please share her client log:

    1. open your Minecraft installation path

    2. go to the 'logs' folder

    3. open the 'latest' or 'latest.log' file

    4. copy the entire file (press CTRL + A and then CTRL + C)

    5. paste the file contents to https://mclo.gs, click save and send us the link you get.
