I'm getting the "Internal Exception java.net.SocketException connection" error when I try to join any server. After looking through some old posts, I know I need to open a ticket and follow the instructions here:

The issue is, when I try to run tracert, setdebug, or nslookup on the command prompt, I get the error "DNS Request timed out"
Restarting my computer, aternos, my wifi, my network adapter, and my server do not solve. . . Please help!

How did you start the terminal?
It appears that you're already in the nslookup program and not in the main terminal
