Adding a Custom Advancement Pack

Hello, I am trying to add a custom advancement pack to my survival but I am not able to. The only way I know how to do this is to download my world and then re-upload the world with the advancement pack. But the biggest your world can be to upload is 100 megabytes. My world is 550+ megabytes, but the custom advancement pack is only 142 kilobytes which should upload easily. Can anyone help me?

The upload limit is at 200 Megabytes. If your world is larger than 200 Megabytes you cannot upload it.

If I just upload the advancement pack will it merge with the pre-existing world?

No, either the download would fail or you would overwrite your old world. I don't think that's what you want.
