I need help my server crashes as soon as it starts this started to happen when I was using rftool dimensions in my skyfactory

Try to download the world, reinstall the pack and upload the world again.
Also you could try to delete the player data folder. But please create a backup before.

Does it work using a completely new world?

Is the map too big?

Probably there's a specific block, item or chunk that's preventing the server from starting.

The easiest would be to use a completely new world. Or you try fixing the current world by deleting the players directory and running a chunk fixer over it.
