Hi, I have built my Aternos server for a while and am thinking of running it on my own laptop. With all the server files if Aternos shuts down in the future I will lose all the plugins and configs. I am aware that you can download your worlds but the plugins wont be with them. Is there a way that I can download my server files?

No, this is not possible

You can copy all configuration files and paste them into local configuration files on your computer manually. All plugins are publicly available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC for free and can be downloaded there.
