Hey ,
I have a problem with nether and end portals
when i make a nether portal with obsidian and go into it and
it doesn't work ! 
plss help i have this problem with my server

Did you use flint'n steel to activate the portal?
You have to place fire into the portal to activate it.
Also make sure that nether is enabled in your server options on http://aternos.org/options -
In Multiverse-Core's or MultiWorld's configuration file, make sure Nether / End is activated for that world too.
