So I made a wither skeleton farm! And when I came back to the server it was gone! Then I got to my gold farm and I saw that it was gone 2! Please could someone tell me how I get my wither skeleton farm back? I´ve spent so much time doing it... (Im portuguese so sorry for the bad english.)

Bukkit and Vanilla use different ways to save the nether and the end.
Please see the following post:world_nether and world_the_end only exists on bukkit or spigot. If you move from bukkit/spigot back to vanilla you have to move the world_nether and world_the_end into main world folder and rename
- world_nether to DIM-1
- world_the_end to DIM1 -
You just need to switch back to CraftBukkit or Spigot to get your worlds back, I guess.
