Maybe you've installed a plugin which blocks dropping items or it's a worldguard region flag.

Does this problem occur only i a specific world or on the complete server?

Did that error is appearing on selected world or in it appears on the whole server

Uhm its ok i found out it was Essentials Anti Build and Protect
So u may close the threadThanks anyway
