Laggy server and blocks not dropping. (also **** SERVER IS RUNNING IN OFFLINE/INSECURE MODE!)

    Hello, when I join the server none of the mobs move and any block I break doesn't drop. After awhile I get kicked from the server as well.
    Based from the log this may be the issue:


    [09:36:28] [Server thread/WARN]: **** SERVER IS RUNNING IN OFFLINE/INSECURE MODE!
    [09:36:28] [Server thread/WARN]: The server will make no attempt to authenticate usernames. Beware.
    [09:36:28] [Server thread/WARN]: While this makes the game possible to play without internet access, it also opens up the ability for hackers to connect with any username they choose.
    [09:36:28] [Server thread/WARN]: To change this, set "online-mode" to "true" in the server.properties file.
    [09:36:28] [Server thread/INFO]: Preparing level "world"


    I however do not know how to fix this. Any help?

    This is because you enabled cracked on https://aternos.org/options


    To troubleshoot the lag we need more information.
    How many worlds do you have?
    How many plugins?
    Which server software?
