Sometimes when i reset the server stops - causing me to wait like 1 hour for queue

I just Resetted my server to load a plugin and it said "stopping" i even checked the log and it didnt say an Errors or anything!

I shared it and it just says 2 suggestions about citizens plugin, but i dont want to know about that i want to know why it resets?

Ok its done it again, Im really get annoyed now I shared the Log at the mclogs thing and nothing came up about a Connection thing or anything like that!
