Glitch With Server

Hello!
I have been experiencing this problem on Aternos where when I try to download a new plugin, or delete one, it says an error has occurred. Also, when I try to start my server, it loads forever, until I get out of Aternos and log back in. Can anyone please assist me?

Could you please provide us a screenshot?

Also which browser do you use. Please mind, that internet explorer is not supported. https://guide.aternos.org/ie

Oh! Thank you very much! I was using internet explorer the whole time. I switched the Microsoft edge. One other question, can you go to my aternos files because Essentials isn't working on my server. Thanks!

Essentials is not working with newer versions of Minecraft.
Use EssentialsX instead.

Thank you very much! EssentialsX is working. 1 more thing, Factions is not working. It is downloaded, but not showing in-game.

AFAIK Factions requires MassiveCore to run.

For future, go to https://aternos.org/log and click on the share button. There you can find the most common errors e.g. missing dependencies.

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question

mismatched mod channel list

(fixed) Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
