PermissionsEx is really easy, just watch a tutorial on youtube. There are also some other permissions plugins out there.

Well I Downloaded bPermissions Plugin Instead Of PermissionsEX And It Works Thanks Roman And The Other Developers

bPermissions and PermissionsEx worked the same. But the bPermissions is more disadvantage than PermissionsEx
