My world is lost

  • My friend did an extremely stupid thing in our skyfactory world, so i went to use the backup. after the backup finished, i restarted the server and joined and found myself in a normal world with villages etc... i lost my world.
    info about the world : i uploaded the world to aternos way back and started progressing from there, and it even made a backup today ( it notified me with the pink text) but yet when i go to backup it tells me this
    The last backup was made on 1/22/2018 8:28:51 PM.


    Do you want to copy this backup of your whole server to your server?
    This cannot be undone!
    im pretty sure it made a new backup today, and how is it even possible to have a normal world generate in a skyfactory server.
    I need serious help please.

  • this is getting a bit annoying , i did all whats possible to ask for support's help ( went to teamspeak, issued a support ticket, started a thread on forums, sent an email ) i havent gotten any replies or the slightest amount of attention, it feels like im being ignored.i know you guys at aternos are working hard to satisfy everyone but PLEASE help me with this since i've been trying to contact you guys for the past couple of days .

    Sorry, we can not offer premium support for free. All of us spend their free time into this project. Our "normal" lives are just more important.
