Stuck on logging in

I created a server with the Mage Quest modpack, with MC version 17.10. I've been trying to join with a friend, but whenever we connect to the server, it gets stuck on Logging in... screen. The console doesn't seem to say anything helpful, the last command was just Connecting to [IP]... What can I do?

Do you uploaded a map? what did you do last on your server?
