Error joining server

Hey, I'm having trouble connecting to my server. The server starts and stays up but the server doesn't say up in browser and when I try to connect, it tells me that the server is still starting when it for sure is up. Currently trying to run the 1.7.10 pack and yes I have tried the Dyn IP.

I wasn't able to get any of the log before it started but here you go after it started. Still can't connect to it.

Finally connected. Going to restart the server and see if it works consistently.

Restarted the server but am unable to join for the same reason as listed before. The server shut down after 90 seconds.
