So when I turn on my server I wait like 20-29 minutes. And then when it finally says to confirm it, it starts loading. But it doesn't turn on... Please help

Is this the first time this has happened?
By the way u need to wait for a while so that the server can start.....It needs to prepare the spawn area and other stuff like that.

Do u mean that it has been displaying "STARTING" for the past 30 minutes? -
Which version are u playing in?
Maybe Try re-uploading your world

There might be something different there -
