For me it looks like an error with the map.
As first troubleshooting step I would recommend you to delete the playerdata.

Normally not, but you can do it to be sure.
Please create backups before you edit/delete anything in your world files.

My server seems to work again, I removed the playerdata and reload the world, it took me a lot of time but it seems to pay .Thank you, if I have any other problem I know I can post it here

Probably it's a bug in the software which occurs when you craft a special item or put a special item in your inventory.

For me the error message looks like a problem with the world and not with the plugins.
But it's very rare the the same problem occurs with the world on spigot/bukkit servers.
Could you try to start/join your server with vanilla?
