So I start up my server and try to logon but it keeps saying Disconnected, I checked the TPS And it's fine. I tried it with another IP and it din't work. I downloaded the world and the world works In single player

It works in vanilla, I removed all the plugins and it still won't work on Bukkit Or Spiot

The log you sent to us is AntiCheat plugin - which depends on massive resources in server and it has error too: require ProtocolLibs

can you please try to reload your chunks on your world? or remove the player data. i can't see any error on the plugins except to AntiCheatReloaded plugin which requires protocollib to work.
